New Patent Talks About Using Your iPhone Backlight to Strobe During Music Playback or Jogging

An Apple patent that has come to light today talks about how an iPhone’s backlight can be strobed during music playback or while jogging as a safety feature. The first implementation discusses how the backlight can be set to strobe according to the music you’re playing. This strobing feature can also be used as a safety measure while you’re running in the dark with the phone tied to your arm.
