Could not open file /var/lib/dpkg/status ios 10.2

I got yalu jailbreak on my iPhone 6 Plus running ios 10.2. The problem I have is when I open cydia it keeps saying Cydia Could not open file /var/lib/dpkg/status. What is this? How do I fix this? I found a guide that said to get mobile terminal using cydia impactor, but when I open MOBILE Terminal, it says ForK exception. Can not fork inside sandbox. Now what do I do?
