I have a jailbroken iPad Air 2 on iOS 8.1.2, a jailbroken iPad Mini 4 on iOS 9.0.2 and non-jailbroken iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 10.2.
I understand that there is iOS 10.2.1 beta out there now. If I want to jailbreak on iOS 10.2, should I be upgrading my iPads to iOS 10.2 now and wait for the jailbreak to become available? I.e. once Apple generally releases iOS 10.2.1 will I lose my chance because my only upgrade option for the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 4 will be to iOS 10.2.1?
Or, should I (can I) upgrade to iOS 10 other than iOS 10.2 right now? I’ve been on iOS 8 and iOS 9 long enough…
