As you know, a group of hackers managed to successfully port Apple`s Siri to iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G. The port is made public and that`s how differs from all the previous Siri ports. We showed you a full guide on how to successfully apply the port to your iDevice.

However, some users have faced a number of problems after the port. The issues include the camera and the settings app are broken, random rebooting, device getting stuck at Apple logo or pineapple logo if jailbroken tethered, and the worst of all is completely bricking the device in way that even i-Funbox or DiskAid can`t recognize it.

We`ll show you now how to remove H1Siri port from your iPhone 4 or iPod Touch 4G to restore all functionality of your device.

How To Remove H1Siri Port From iPhone 4 And iPod Touch 4G:
If your Camera and Settings app are broken and the device is stuck in Safe Mode loop, follow the instructions given below:

Step 1: Launch Cydia and remove H1Siri

Step 2: Download MobileTerminal from Cydia. Its available for free

Step 3: Launch MobileTerminal and type su root and enter alpine as its the default password. If you’ve manually changed your root password, then enter your custom one.

Step 4: Now type apt-get install com.sull.sysclean. After that type apt-get autoremove and press Y when prompted. When process finishes, restart your device.

After the device reboots you’ll notice that H1Siri will be removed completely from your device and the Camera as well as Settings app will be functional again.

If H1Siri has bricked your iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G, follow the steps listed here:
Step 1: Reset your device by holding both the Power and Home button for up to 10 seconds. The Apple logo will appear at this point. When it does, you’re good to go.

Step 2: Connect your device to the computer and use whatever software you want, i-Funbox or DiskAid for root access. Navigate to the following paths and delete the respective files:

/System/Library/Caches/com.apple.dyld.h1siribak

/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app.h1siribak

/Applications/Preferences.app.h1siribak

Step 3: If resetting your device doesn’t work, put it in DFU mode. Before you do that, make sure that you put it on charge for 20 minutes. Put your device in DFU mode. After that, connect your device to the computer, launch iTunes and do a clean firmware install.

That should help with all the issues. Enjoy your port.
