A new jailbreak tweak called FolderIcons is released allowing you to customize your iOS folder icons. With this tweak ,you are no longer limited to the set folder background and the thumbs of icons in folders. You can set your custom icon for selected folders instead of the app thumbnail.
This tweak offers you more features like removing your folder`s background, shadow and badge.It is available as a free download in the BigBoss Repo.
Once the tweak has been installed, all the options can be configured from the native Settings app. The tweak comes with a bunch of icons though you can add as many as you want by copying them to the FolderIcons folder inside the Media folder.
