A new battle in the war between Apple and HTC, HTC has filled a law suit claiming that Apple has infringed Patents that HTC has Acquired from Google last week.

HTC has filled a law suit in federal court in Delaware accusing Apple of infringing four of the nine patents that Google’s has transferred to HTC on September 1st as U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records confirms.

These nine patents are originally owned by Palm Inc., Motorola Inc. and Openwave Systems Inc. ,But Google has taken ownership of them last year. The four patents which HTC is Claiming to be infringed By Apple was originally issued to Motorola.

Also HTC also amended a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, Claiming the infringement of three other patents first issued to Openwave and two others originally owned by Palm.

All Of this comes after a federal judge has found HTC in violation of two patents owned by Apple and they are in the core of the Android OS and probably are infringed by every Android Phone maker. HTC commented on the situation and said that they and Apple"have to sit down and figure it out."
