Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus is not only quicker in opening regular apps like Instagram, it also performed way better at opening resource hungry games and applications. The things started to become worst for the Galaxy S8 when the tester tried exporting a 4K video on both devices.
It’s worth noting that despite have more RAM, the Galaxy S8 could not perform better than the iPhone 7 Plus in the multitasking comparison as well. All apps had to be reloaded after exporting a 4K video, while the iPhone 7 Plus could easily switch between the apps even after exporting the 4K video. There is one thing that this speed test failed to expose about the Galaxy devices i.e. Samsung flagships tends to slow down after a few months of use, which the iPhone does not suffer from.
