nvwaStone_1.1 not working for cydia impacter for ios 9.3.3

I am already jailbroken but then my panda app crashed after reboot and so I deleted the pp app to re-download it and and I realized I had to download a new ipa for the cydia impacter to work and now its coming up as errer saying its not certified or something like that. can someone please tell me what?
