Research Firm Says Only 3% of People Who Downloaded Super Mario Run Paid Full Price to Unlock It

Detailing the rise and fall of Nintendo’s Super Mario Run, a report from WSJ citing market research firm Newzoo says that only 3% of the people who downloaded the game ended up paying $9.99 to unlock it. It was estimated that Super Mario Run has been downloaded 90 million times since its launch on December 15.
