I’m still happy with my 4s on 6.1.3.
But I decided to do a backup within itunes,.. (last one i did was a bout 2 years ago). lol
But an unusual thing occurred, when I attached said iphone, Itunes told me there was an update available, (quite normal)… but it didn’t offer 9.3.5… but instead it offered 8.3.
Has anyone any idea as to why this would be, I thought 8.3 was not being signed anymore…. (not for ages).
Would this be some kind of incremental install before being lumbered with 9.3.5?
Seems rather odd, as I would have thought that 9.3.5 would have gone straight on to the 4s.
Any info / ideas / help would be very much appreciated. (if only to be able to get back whatsapp).
hhmmm seems when i checked manually it jumped from 8.3 to 9.3.5.
A lesson learned,… don’t jump to conclusions.
A Pity 9.3.5 wasn’t jailbreakable, I know its available for 64bit… (pre 9.3.5)… but us lowly 32 bit owners are being left out in the could.
