When something goes wrong with your electronic equipment, the first thing that most people would do is simply turn it off. Now, when that does not fix the problem, the next step would be to restart the device. On the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, restarting means holding the Sleep/Wake button until the “slide to power off” options comes on and then well… sliding to power it off. But what about when even that doesn’t work. That’s when you’ll need to do a hard reset.
