Pheromone is one of the first few jailbreak tweaks to customize Cydia

Saurik released Cydia 1.1.19 yesterday which no longer runs as “root” but as “mobile”. This means that jailbreak tweaks will now work with Cydia as well giving developers the ability to customize its interface and bring new functionality.
