Beats sues Chinese counterfeiters as Apple acquisition nears finalization

In May, it was confirmed that Apple would indeed buy Beats, and the total sum would fall in line around $3 billion. Now, as the acquisition nears completion, it’s being reported that Beats is stepping into a legal ordeal to go after counterfeiters.
