In a tricky move from Microsoft, the company has just started a new promotion on its official website and retail stores offering to give a free Nokia Lumia 1520/1020 if you trade in your old iPhone 4S/4 or even Galaxy S2.
Customers will of course have to sign up for a two-year contract with AT&T, either new or upgrade, and the iPhone should be in “good working condition.†The offer runs till the 2nd of March.
The Lumia 1020’s selling point is its 41MP PureView camera sensor, while the Lumia 1520 has a 20MP camera and a 6-inch display.
Nokia Lumia 1020 is available for $49 and the Lumia 1520 is available for $149 with a two-year contract on Amazon, so if you’re getting a better trade-in price someplace else, this offer might not give you the best value.
