The waiting game is still on, and as we await Apple`s first and religiously-followed product release, the iPhone 5, we came across a report that says Apple is going to release 8 products during September and October of 2012, products that have been delayed due to issues in production.

Of course the release date of the iPhone 5 is engraved in every Apple products lover and for those new to the party, it`s September 12, 2012. According to a report by Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities, September will also witness the release of a redesigned 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display with an entry price between $1,100 and $1,300 and we might see an iPod Touch

October will witness the release of the rumored mini-iPad, a 27-inch iMac and modified New iPad. The “new iPad” described by Kuo will include a new 9-pin dock connector, a feature shared with the upcoming iPhone, iPad mini and new iPod touch.

The new iPod touch and iPod Nano will support the feature to wirelessly download iTunes from iTunes store and iCloud. The need to fit a Wi-Fi chip in the tiny nano is what delayed the device until mid-October,according to Kuo.

Kuo also says that the issues Sharp faced with the 4-inch display embeds touch-sensors, rather than adding a touch-sensor layer is what caused the delay and the so-called iPad “mini” has been slow in production due to the unit’s “very thin panel module.”.
