A report was issued earlier today by SFWeekly stating that 22-year old Sergio Calderon claimed his home was searched and was questioned by six Apple officials identifying themselves as police officers, with the accusation of the possession of the lost iPhone 5 prototype ,and that the SF Police Department denied any involvement in the matter.

SFWeekly issued yet another report contradicting the past statements denying SFPD`s involvement in the search for the lost prototype. SF Police Department spokesman,Troy Dangerfield, assures SFWeekly that three or four officers indeed accompanied two Apple security officials in the search.

We`re still left in the dark concerning the fate of the lost prototype, but if things go south, we might remove all doubts and rumors with a clear real iPhone 5 picture in the next few days.
