Reuters has just reported that HTC is suing Apple for infringement three of its patents by their devices such as Macs, iPads, iPods, iPhones.
HTC filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Delaware seeking to stop the sale of Apple infringing devices in the US, HTC also wants compensatory damages, triple damages for willful infringement and other remedies.
The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Delaware seeks to halt Apple’s importation and sale of infringing products in the United States. It also seeks compensatory damages, triple damages for willful infringement and other remedies.
This comes after HTC recently found in violation of two Apple patents by an ITC judge. The two patents are in the core of the Android OS and it seems to infringed by all Android devices.
