Apple announced a number of upgrades with the new 4K enabled Apple TV. The iFixit teardown has now gone into the specifics of the upgrades, giving us a very good idea of what’s new. The teardown confirms the presence of the A10X Fusion chipset underneath, while also revealing 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM (1GB + 2GB) by SK Hynix. The fourth-gen Apple TV came with just 2GB of RAM.
