Cydia 1.1.19 update allows tweaks and themes to modify the look and feel of Cydia

Jay Freeman aka saurik has just released a major update for Cydia.
Cydia 1.1.19 now runs as “mobile” rather than “root”. This means that jailbreak tweaks and themes can modify Cydia, just the way they can modify iOS and other apps.
