Apple recently released the iOS 13.2.3 update with a bunch of bug fixes. Compared to iOS 13.2.2, the update is a relatively minor bug fixing one. However, iOS 13.2.3 is currently not supported by checkra1n jailbreak took so if you are looking to jailbreak your iPhone (or iPad running iPadOS 13.2.3), you will first have to downgrade it back to iOS 13.2.2.
