iOS 11.2.5 beta

Apple has released the third beta of iOS 11.2.5, an upcoming update, to the registered iOS developers. The final update of iOS 11.2.5, when released, is meant to bring bug fixes for a HomeKit vulnerability. Hit the jump to learn more about iOS 11.2.3 beta 3.

If you’re here to see if there’s a new feature included in iOS 11.2.5, you’d be disappointed to know that it remains unclear if this update will add something new. This upcoming iOS update is has reached its third beta stage and there is yet to be a new feature to be found. So, it’s highly likely that it is meant to bring only the bug fixes, performance enhancements, and security improvements.

Apple is supposed to release the iCloud Messages feature that they pulled from iOS 11 release, but so far, none of the betas has shown any sign of its return. We may only know the extent of what’s coming with iOS 11.2.5 when the company releases the final version of it.

If your device is already running iOS 11.2 beta version you can easily update to the latest beta by going to Settings > General > Software Update. However, if you are going to try iOS 11.2 beta for the first time, to download and install developer beta you need to have a profile configured properly on your device.
