Why can’t i make my dock transparent?

So i have been trying for hours to make my dock fully transparent. I checked throught all my tweaks to see if ant was keeping it on, installed tweaks to specifically make the dock fully transparent, and also used Anemone’s native way with no results. I am on an iPhone 6s+, iOS 10.2
