New Apple Pay users are reporting issues with setting up the payment system on their iPhone this morning. The issue only seems to be limited to Visa cards, and is not affecting cards from American Express, MasterCard and others. Apple’s status page also confirms the outage that is now on-going for nearly 5 hours now.
