BrowserBreadcrumbCleanup: Jailbreak tweak automatically closes the browser tabs when tapping the Back to App button

In iOS 9, when you are redirected to another app, you will get a Back to App button in the top left corner of Status bar that allows you to quickly head back to the original app. BrowserBreadcrumbCleanup is a little tweak that automatically closes the Safari tabs when you press the Back to App button.
