iPad Air launch date is nearing, so reports were evident. MacRumors have lately said that the lightest iPad in the world is going to be available at launch for personal pickup. This will allow potential buyers to reserve the device at 12:01 a.m. (PT), and pick it up at the nearest Apple Store without any queue.

Apple has been following the Personal Pickup trend after there’s enough availability of a new device, which suggests there will be a good amount of iPad Airs on sale. The launch date is set for Friday, 1st November.

The Wi-Fi models are going to be on sale in two colors; silver and space gray. The retail price suggested is $499 for the 16 GB version, $599 for the 32 GB version and $699 for the 64 GB version. The Wi-Fi + Cellular version will be available in the same storage variants, but will cost an extra $130 in each case.

Both the iPad mini with Retina display and iPad Air will be available at Apple retail stores (Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile), Apple authorized resellers and Apple Online Store.

The iPad Air will be available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China (Wi-Fi variants only), U.S., Canada, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Germany, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Hungary, Hong Kong, Greece, Latvia, Japan, Italy, Macao (Wi-Fi variants only), Macedonia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Montenegro, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Singapore, UK and Switzerland.
