Auxo – $1.99 BigBoss Repo:Â Great multitasking for iPhone
Auxo is a beautiful new way of visualizing apps that are currently being held in the multitasking switcher tray. The old standard app icons are replaced with gorgeous card-based representations of the backgrounded apps, with the app icon thrown in for good measure. Rather than pressing and hold on each icon to delete from the tray, the user now has the option of invoking a simple downward swipe gesture to remove that app from memory and take it out of the equation.
Auxo also provides some very visually appealing audio controls accessed simply by a swipe to the right hand side. The only shame is that it is not available for the iPad/iPad Mini
Deck HD for iPad – $1.99Â ModMyi Repo: iPad Sidebar Actions
Deck HD allows you to add simple and quick shortcuts to the side of your iPad. You can quickly open up the side bar using any pr-defined Activator action and then launch your favorite app. After installation, Deck HD adds no additional home screen icons but does come with a comprehensive preferences panel through the native Settings app which is where everything can be configured.
Quasur – $9.99 BigBoss Repo:Â Run multiple applications at once in their own iPad window
Quasar is a pretty incredible, one-of-a-kind jailbreak app. Once installed, the application allows you to have multiple windows open at a time on the iPad. Quasar is billed as being the first, and only, window manager for a jailbroken iPad and gives users the ability to open up installed apps inside its own dedicated window, just like how you would on a desktop computer. It is a shame, however, that this app is not yet available for the iPad Mini, hopefully compatibility will be added soon!
