Samsung Wins a Review of International Trade Commission Ruling

Last October the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled that Samsung had infringed on several Apple patents and recommended that the products face an import ban. Today Samsung has won a small victory in the fight with the ITC agreeing to review the findings.
