Foxconn, Apple`s largest manufacturing partner and where most of the devices production magic takes place has been hacked by a group calling themselves Swagg security. In case you are unfamiliar, Foxconn has been , for a while, the target for a activists and protestors since the New York Times highlighted, in a report, the company`s poor working conditions in Chinese factories.

Swagg Security or Swaggsec have hacked Foxconn`s corporate servers yesterday stealing huge amount of data, of classified information including email usernames and passwords.

They didn`t stop at that, they went on and uploaded the data to a torrent file on The Pirate Bay. The link to the torrent file was posted on Swggsec`s Twitter account yesterday accompanied with this message:

“Users of Cyberspace”
So Foxconn thinks they got ‘em some swagger because they work with the Big Boys from Intel, Microsoft, IBM, and Apple? Fool, you don’t know what swagger is. They say you got your employees all worked up, committing suicide ‘n stuff. They say you hire chinese workers ’cause you think the taiwanese are elite. We got somethin’ served up good…real good. Your not gonna’ know what hit you by the time you finish this release. Your company gonna’ crumble, and you deserve it.”

The note described the Foxconn attack as a come- back for the recent poor labor reports. Apparently, the stolen information contains enough data to log into Foxconn`s client system and place a manufacturing order.

Amongst all the stolen data, there was no iPhone 5 information. We would have loved to sneak a peek.
