Siri Mic Colours is a tweak that has its own repo where you can choose from multiple colours. To get the tweak, add the following repo to your Cydia sources: http://repo.technetec.com.
Once added, you`ll see Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow Siri Mic colour tweaks. These are standalone tweaks that change the colour of Siri mic to just one colour. However, Siri Mic Colours is a tweak that will change the colour of your mic depending on how loud you speak.
What could be somehow annoying is that all of these tweaks require WinterBoard which could be a deal breaker for some.
