Those of you anxiously hoping for an unlock for iPhone 4 baseband 4.11.08, we got some good news for you. Sherif Hashim, one of the top hackers who previously worked on UltraSnow, the unlocking software, has tweeted that he is currently working on unlocking iPhone baseband 4.11.08.
This doesn’t mean you will be seeing a release soon. Baseband 4.11.08 is a difficult task that requires time and effort, but it`s a relief to know a reliable hacker is working on it.
It`s also worth noting that Sherif is working also on basebands ranging from 2.10-4.11, in fact he is taking it as a personal challenge.
