Amazon has unveiled what seems to be the iPad competitor, and it`s called Kindle Fire. The tablet features a 7-inch –touch-screen, a dual-core processor and weighs 14.6 ounces at just $199 which is way cheap compared to Apple`s cheapest iPad priced at $499. These features will not turn it into an iPad killer still, let`s see why?

Theoretically speaking, this tablet has half the features of an iPad, but let`s see what it`s missing; a camera, the 8GB storage space is half that of a base-model iPad. It has zero cellular options, no built-in GPS and no Bluetooth. The software options on this tablet are minimal. Which is winning so far ?!

The 7-inch screen on the Kindle Fire is no fun in a 10-inch tablet world. If your only criteria for choosing a tablet is the price , then you probably know which you`ll choose, but if you`re a specs kind of user, then you probably won`t go all jaw-dropping to the Kindle Fire.
