When I read it first time in many sites, when I heard it first time from many friends, and when I see the results of my search many times, I couldn’t believe the news, but now I had to. That number I have heard would be the biggest one since 4 years ago and the details would be the best for Apple’s lovers:

The popular iPhone hacker, P0sixninja, has announced that they discovered five userland exploits for both the iPad 2 and iPhone 5.

Where do I begin to tell the story of how great a news can be(Sorry about a, but the song of love story). The news begins with MyGreatFest when the Chornic Dev Team (@p0sixninja and @iOPK) were on the stage. P0sixninja at first gave a nod of the head to @comex, who is popular for his tool known as JailbreakMe.

P0sixninja notes that the Chronic Dev Team will strive to release an iPhone 5 jailbreak solution once it’s released. The next greenpois0n version will be a userland jailbreak just the same as JailbreakMe.

In case you don’t know, userland jailbreaks are related to software. In other words you can jailbreak the firmware directly from your iOS device and Apple can patch these exploits in next firmware releases. The hardware-based exploits are those which like Limera1n exploit found by Geohot which jailbreaks your device forever.

P0sixninja said that the the next jailbreak will be the most amazing jailbreak yet. So yes, the iPhone 5 will be jailbreakable only few days after its launch. The team is also seeking for talented people who can join the team to continue jailbreaking iOS devices.

The jailbreak will of course work on iPad 2 and iPhone 5 running iOS 5.

The Chronic Dev Team said that they need the new iPhone 5 to see which exploit will work on it from those five discovered exploits:

The team is as ready as it can be for the iPhone 5 jailbreak, without having the actual handset. Once the iPhone 5 is available, the Chronic Dev Team will be working hard to find a jailbreak solution, and release it to the public.

Saurik was on the stage, he said that the percentage of the number of jailbroken device is between 6 and 12 percent. On a new iOS release, the percentage drops to 6 then it climbs back to 12.

He added many other good news about Cydia for Mac OS X, it will be released soon but there’s no ETA yet .. Jay Freeman, on the stage, said that Cydia for Mac will be released “when it works”. He also said people didn’t care about it initially but started seeing the potential of Cydia for Mac after the release of OS X Lion.

Good news doesn’t finish: Well, I’ve heard from one of our readers that Saurik told a jailbreak fan at MyGreatFest that Cydia for Mac has only 1 bug and must be fixed before it’s released to public.

At the end, Jay Freeman talked about the build-up to the release of Cydia then reminded us of some people, like Youssef Francis, who helped a lot in the development of Cydia and many jailbreak apps.

Today we have got more and more big news.. Redsn0w will be getting a major update with so many features before Monday. Stay tuned with us!
