Samsung is looking forward to ban any Apple 3G capable device which mean the iPhone and 3G iPads from sale in Netherlands. According to Nu.nl report.
Recently we reported that Samsung has decided that they will not stay quite any more in their patent war with Apple. And it seems like Samsung is really striking back aggressively. Till now Samsung hasn’t confirm any the lawsuit but last Monday The Hague court confirmed that such a lawsuit exists.
This same court has banned the sale of the Galaxy tabs last month,, while a German court lifted the ban in the EU except in Germany because has faked photos to make the Galaxy tab 10.1 looks just like the iPad.
This comes after HTC started suing Apple with patents acquired from Google. It seems like the days of Apple just suing every body is gone.
