SmartFlash’s $533 million ruling over Apple for patent infringement voided; New trial to be held in September

Back in February, Apple was ordered to pay SmartFlash LLC — a patent troll in all sense — $532.9 million in damages after the latter accused and won a trial against the company for using its patented inventions in iTunes without permission.
