Yet another hidden feature in iOS 5. Remember yesterday a hidden panorama mode was discovered by hacker Conradev which allows you to take panoramic photos with your iOS camera. Today, a hidden Android-like autocorrect keyboard bar was discovered by hacker Sonny Dickson. This bar allows you to choose from a set of word choices.
You can enable the feature without jailbreaking:
Step 1: Download iBackupBot.
Step 2: Backup your iPhone/iPod in iTunes
Step 3: Open iBackupBot and find the backup, then load it.
Step 4: Find Library/Preferences/com.apple.keyboard.plist and open the file. (if your software isn’t registered you’ll have to press cancel and then it will open)
Step 5: Add in the following code:
Step 6: Save the file, and restore your device from within iBackupBot.
