PSA: iOS 8.1.3 release imminent, you should restore to iOS 8.1.2 now if you want to jailbreak your device in the future

Apple has been testing iOS 8.1.3 internally for quite sometime, and has already seeded couple of beta versions to its retail employees.  There are speculations that Apple will release iOS 8.1.3 to the public this week.
