While the original iPhone was marketed as running OS X, the operating system was later renamed to iPhone OS. As such, there continues to have been no iOS device capable of running the full-blown version of OS X found on the Mac. That could soon change, however, as a new report from Taiwan-based DigiTimes claims that the oft-rumored 12.9-inch “iPad Pro” could have an integrated iOS and OS X operating system.
