VirnetX’s $368 million patent judgment tossed out in case against Apple

Dating all the way back to November, 2012, Apple was hit with a $368.2 million judgment in their case against VirnetX, dealing with VPN and how Apple handled it for FaceTime and other areas. Now, almost two years later, that judgment has been tossed out.
