iOS 7 adoption climbs to 87% in the months prior to iOS 8 WWDC reveal

iOS owners continue to upgrade to iOS 7 at a sustained pace, with the operating system now installed on 87 percent of iOS devices, claims Apple’s App Store developer support tool. These figures come seven months after iOS 7 was released publicly in September of last year and a few months before its successor, iOS 8, is expected to be unveiled at WWDC later this year in June.
