Misaka v8.2.1 unifies M1/M2 ipa file with ordinary build for iPadOS 16.0-16.6.1, fixes kfd on A16

Misaka is getting more M1 and M2 iPad friendly with the release of the latest v8.2.1 update. This release also fixes kfd on A16 devices.
