Apple stops signing iOS 17.1.1 & 17.1.2 following newer iOS 17.2 & 17.2.1 releases

Apple has stopped signing iOS & iPadOS 17.1.1 and 17.1.2, which means that iPhone and iPad users can no longer downgrade to these versions.
