Safecuts protects jailbroken Shortcuts users on iOS 15.0-15.3.1 from a vulnerability

A new jailbreak tweak called Safecuts has been created for jaikbreakers on iOS 15.0-15.3.1 by way of palera1n to ensure they can’t be affected by a Shortcuts app vulnerability that was patched in iOS 15.4.
