Code found in the Golden Master release of iOS 13.4 points to Apple shipping its entire 2020 iPad Pro lineup with 6GB RAM. This is in contrast to the 2018 iPad Pro lineup in which only the 1TB variants packed 6GB RAM, while lower storage variants had 4GB RAM.
