Supreme Court Quizzes Apple and Samsung on Value of Design

The Supreme Court is asking Apple and Samsung to define the value of design in their ongoing legal battle. Some justices have asked Samsung why it should owe Apple less than $399 million, which is based on its total profits for 11 phones, while others have asked Apple to justify why it should be entitled to a share of the profits made on the entire phone.
