Sketchy rumor claims 4-inch iPhone will be called ‘iPhone 5e’; will come with Apple Pay

Apple’s new 4-inch iPhone will be called “Phone 5e,” and it will deliver Apple Pay and new internals, according to a sketchy report out of China. The device is expected to look almost identical to the existing iPhone 5s, while its new name will stand for “enhancement.”
