Following the debut of iOS 9 beta 3, Apple last week also released the first public beta version of iOS 9. This first public beta version is identical to the iOS beta 3 that was released to developers, with the only difference being the way Apple is releasing the updates. The developer version is available through Apple’s developer portal, while the public version is administered through the public beta program.
