Apple announced at its iPhone and Apple Watch event last week that it would begin accepting app submissions for review on the App Store ahead of the public release of iOS 8 on Wednesday. A number of developers have began doing so since that time, but a new report claims that a few high-profile software makers have been facing issues with extensions not working properly in their updated apps.Â
