iPhone 4S (iOS 7.0.4) in a boot loop under after using evasi0n 7, can’t restore (DFU) – error 3194

Hello, I have iPhone 4S on 7.0.4. I tried upgrading it to 7.0.6 before jailbreaking, but it didn’t work, I had this error – http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4451 So I jailbreaked anyway. I used the newest evasi0n7 version, in the same folder there was 7.0.6 for 4s ipsw, I’m not sure if it shouldn’t be 7.0.4. Jailbreak process went fine, but just after exiting evasi0n7 there was a boot loop and nothing helps, I tried hard reset and restoring to both 7.0.6 and 7.0.4 under DFU mode with the same error as earlier. What should I do? Is upgrading to 7.1 the only option? Also, before I jailbreaked the device and after trying to restore it to 7.0.6 I had that weird screen agitation on the sides, it disappeared after jailbreaking, but now, while I’m in boot loop I have some weird picture anomalies.
