An NFC Chip In The iPhone 5 Still Not Completely Ruled Out

Continuing his string of iPhone 5 revelations from yesterday, iOS developer Will Strafach now says that contrary to earlier rumors, the iPhone 5 would indeed feature NFC, with its purpose being a lot more than just mobile payments.
He backs up his assertion with information from his sources that say an NFC chip was indeed a part of the EVT (engineering verification test) stage iPhone 5.
