UK Judge Rules Samsung Galaxy Tab Doesn’t Infringe on Apple’s iPad Because “It’s Not As Cool”

Another day, yet another lawsuit between Apple and Samsung. This time round the two companies were fighting the patent war in the UK.
The Verge reports that UK judge in the High Court of Justice’s Chancery Division today ruled that Samsung’s Galaxy tab did not infringe on Apple’s iPad as it was not as well designed as Apple’s product.
